Description
Accepta 8303 is a high performance; aluminium hydroxide chloride based general-purpose coagulant scientifically formulated for industrial effluent treatment applications including wastewaters from food and dairy processing, oil, textiles and chemical industries.
Accepta 8303 works by neutralising the negative charge on suspended and colloidal matter to produce compact flocs suitable for easy removal by either settlement or flotation processes and promotes more efficient sludge digestion and dewatering.
The active component in Accepta 8303 is a highly cationic aluminium polymer present in low concentration which is represented as:
[Al13O4(OH)24(H2O)12]7+
Fields of Application
Accepta 8303 has a wide range of applications including:
- Industrial and municipal effluent treatment
- Organic load reduction
- Turbidity/suspended solids reduction
- Paper sizing applications
- Phosphate reduction
Product Benefits
- Low cationic charge
- Low sludge volume
- Low temperature performance
- Low temperature storage stability

Application & Dosage Information
Accepta 8303 should be dosed directly via suitable acid-resistant dosing pump into raw, wastewater or stock flow.
Dilution prior to dosing is not recommended. Dosing installation should be installed in such a way that uniform mixing is achieved.
The optimum dosage should be determined in each application using standard jar test procedure.
Accepta 8303 is compatible with most cationic polymers but stability tests should be carried out in individual applications. Coagulation pH will depend on the application but is usually in the range 5.8 to 8.0 and preferably 6.5 to 7.0.
