Description

Accepta 6507 is a solid stick scale and corrosion inhibitor for closed chilled water & heating systems.

Packaged in a water-soluble bag, designed to eliminate messy liquid additions to water systems.

Complete system Molybdate corrosion inhibition treatment, contain borax, phosphino corrosion inhibitors, copper metal inhibitors, and Molybdate.

Acepta 6507 is a proprietary product to be used as a stand-alone treatment for corrosion inhibition in closed water system where Molybdate is preferred. Accepta 6507 does not contain Nitrite.

FEEDING

Remove water soluble stick from corrugated shipping container, and introduce into shot feeder or open tank. Dissolving rates will vary depending upon water composition, temperature, and flow rate.

In water less than 50°F, the sticks should be fed to closed system via side stream filter with appropriate filter media in place.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Accepta 6507 should be kept away in a cool dry area.  Properly stored, the product will remain effective for 24 – 36 months.  Consult Safety Data Sheet for further information.

Accepta 6507 is available in easy to use sticks – 30 x 360g water soluble bags (each enclosed in a cardboard tube) per case.

It is always advisable to carry out a ‘Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health’ (COSHH) assessment before use.
