Tannin Based Scale & Corrosion Inhibitor for Steam Boilers & Closed Systems
Accepta 6305 is a Tannin based multi-functional boiler water treatment in solid form for softened water make-up application. This is a proprietary boiler water treatment containing Natural Tannins, high performance sludge & scale polymer conditioners and alkalinity builders.
Accepta 6305 is especially well suited for those systems with a low temperature feed water and also for feed systems that have either a feed pre-heater or economizer.
Accepta 6305 contains only ingredients approved under the United States Food & Drug Administration Regulations Title 21, Section 173.310 Boiler Water Additives.
HOW MUCH TO USE
Target is 140 ppm of Tannin in the boiler water, or sufficient to control feedline corrosion.

System pH control is critical and will be a function of boiler feed chemistry and metallurgy, but the caustic alkalinity in the boiler should typically be maintained in the range of 250 and 750 ppm as CaCO3

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Accepta 6305 should be kept away from acids and oxidising agents in a cool dry area. Properly stored, the product will remain effective for 24 – 36 months. Consult Safety Data Sheet for further information
FEEDING
Feed Accepta 6305 using an Accepta board system.
Available in three types:
- Gravity Fed – No pump needed, requires controller relay or timer
- Electronic Level Control – Pump needed
- Mechanical – Pump needed
