ACCEPTA 6303 Polymer Alkalinity Builder
Accepta 6303 is a Solid form, low-level phosphate-polymer & alkalinity builder boiler water treatment for softened* water make-up application.
* < 20 ppm total hardness in feedwater
Accepta 6303 contains only ingredients approved under the United States Food & Drug Administration Regulations Title 21, Section 173.310 Boiler Water Additives.
HOW MUCH TO USE
Accepta 6303 should be dosed at 40 ppm, 1kg of product treats approximately 25,000kg of boiler blowdown. 1 case (20kg) is equivalent to 115 litres of a conventional liquid product. Liquid equivalent comparative values will vary, dependent upon concentration.

*Note: Total Phosphate is used for ease-of-testing. If make-up water contains PO4, adjust/lower control limits to compensate for this interference

Odour: mild
pH: ~ 11.8 @1%
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Accepta 6303 should be kept away from acids and oxidising agents in a cool dry area. Properly stored, the product will remain effective for 24 – 36 months. Consult Safety Data Sheet for further information

Accepta 6303 comes in cases of 4 x 5kg Bottles
FEEDING
Feed Accepta 6303 using an Accepta board system.
Available in three types:
- Gravity Fed – No pump needed, requires controller relay or timer
- Electronic Level Control – Pump needed
- Mechanical – Pump needed
It is always advisable to carry out a ‘Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health’ (COSHH) assessment before use.
