Description
Accepta 4222 is a high performance, very high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide scientifically formulated for use in industrial and process wastewater treatment and effluent treatment applications.
Accepta 4222 is a very versatile dry polymer that is particularly useful for wastewater treatment applications including belt filter, centrifuge and screw press de-watering, water clarification, filtration, thickening or use in a Dissolved Air Flotation plant.
Accepta 4222 has a mole charge of 35%.

Application & Dosage Information
Prepare a stock solution of Accepta 4222 of up to 0.5% concentration via an automated make down unit or as a batch.
Allow solution to age for 30 to 60 minutes for maximum effectiveness. Then use good quality make up water to give secondary dilution of at least 10:1 (clean water to stock solution). Then add as required.
AVOID the use of centrifugal pumps.
It is always advisable to carry out a ‘Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health’ (COSHH) assessment before use.
