Description
PS200 is an advanced FDA approved scale dispersant and sludge conditioner water treatment product developed for use in both steam boilers and cooling water systems.
PS200 polymer prevents sticky closely adherent sludge. Helps keep heat exchangers, and float control mechanisms deposit free by producing a mobile, easily controlled sludge preventing the formation of adherent scale.
PS320 works using a combination of chelation, crystal modification and the threshold effect, and is effective against a wide range of scalants including calcium and magnesium hardness, iron oxide and silica.
PS200 converts the scaling material into a light mobile floc, which can be blowndown easily.
PS200 will gradually re-disperse old deposits and may be used as part of a maintenance ’clean up’ programme.

Application & Dosage Information
Accepta PS200 is dosed according to the needs of specific boiler operations. Parameters such as feedwater type, operating pressure and boiler specifications will be taken into account by our engineers.
A typical dosage would be sufficient to maintain 50ml/m3 in the boiler.
PS200 is injected into the system via the appropriate proportional injection pump in either concentrated or diluted form.
PS200 can be effectively used with other chemical treatment.
It is always advisable to carry out a ‘Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health’ (COSHH) assessment before use.
