Description
BT4 / AT-2212 is a high performance tannin based boiler water oxygen scavenger.
BT4 / AT-2212 is scientifically formulated as a mildly alkaline blended liquid treatment based on organic tannin and developed for use in steam boilers and other boiler systems.
BT4 / AT-2212 should be used in conjunction with other supplemental chemical feed water treatments to give a balanced water treatment programme.
BT4 / AT-2212 does not add substantially to the boiler water TDS or alkalinity.
BT4 / AT-2212 controls corrosion by the dual mechanism of oxygen scavenging and the formation of a corrosion resistant tannate film.

Application & Dosage Information
The dosage of BT4 / AT-2212 required depends on such variables as feedwater temperature, boiler blowdown and work load, and will be advised by your Accepta technical support specialist.
It is always advisable to carry out a ‘Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health’ (COSHH) assessment before use.
