Description
Accepta 6101 is an advanced, all organic, multi-functional scale and corrosion inhibitor in solid form for cooling systems under scaling conditions.
This Solid-Concentrate is a proprietary water treatment for STRESSED conditions that utilizes the very latest anti-scaling, anti-fouling & corrosion inhibition technology. Scale dispersing & corrosion inhibitors working with conventional chemistry provide protection at low product dosage rates.
Accepta 6101 contains PBTC phosphonate, HEDP phosphonate, Versaflex One, Ter-polymer, HPA, triazole provides corrosion inhibition to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals protecting cooling systems from calcium precipitation, phosphate and iron fouling as well as general fouling.
Accepta 6101 solid jars also contains a fluorescent tracer (PTSA) to enable quick, accurate and safe on site analysis.
Application/Feedrate
This product can be used in cooling tower water systems utilizing the below-listed feed dosages and feed-rates (supported by ongoing field data). More or less may be needed, based on the stability index of particular water.
Ryzner Stability Index | Langelier Saturation Index | Chemical Level in Recirculating Water | Organo-Phosphonate |
---|---|---|---|
6.0 - 4.0 | 0.0 - 2.0 | 10 - 25 ppm | 3 - 5 ppm |
4.0 - 3.0 | 2.0 - 3.0 | 25 - 40 ppm | 5 - 7 ppm |
< 3.0 | > 3.0 | 40+ ppm | 7+ ppm |
Test using an Organophosphonate or polymer test kit.
