Description Below

Accepta 6201 is a solid paste formulated product designed for use in open cooling system, closed loops and steam boilers.

Accepta 6201 is a blend of advanced polymers designed to assist with the removal and or prevention of mineral scales on heat exchange surfaces and pipework.

Accepta 6201 can also be used as a zero P cooling water inhibitor for use in cooling waters with scaling tendencies where effluent discharge limits are restrictive.

Accepta 6201 also contains a yellow metal inhibitor to enable yellow metal protection and remove any dissolved copper from solution.

Accepta 6201 can be dosed while the system is in normal operation and can when correctly applied and monitored eliminate the need for costly and inconvenient acid descaling works. The gradual and controlled clean-up of open cooling systems is often preferable to offline acid cleans as the potential for damage to galvanized coating is eliminated

The exact dosage and control rates for using Accepta 6201 will vary according to the severity of the scale/deposit build-up. In heavily fouled systems, it may be advantageous to use in conjunction with a side stream filter. Contact your Consultant for further guidance.
