Description Below

Accepta 6101 is an advanced, all organic, multi-functional scale and corrosion inhibitor in solid form.

Accepta 6101 is environmentally benign as it does not contain any heavy metals such as zinc and also has a low phosphorous content.

Accepta 6101 provides corrosion inhibition to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals and protects cooling systems from calcium precipitation, phosphate and iron fouling as well as general fouling.

Accepta 6101 can also utilise any phosphate present in the make-up water to further enhance the level of corrosion protection.

Accepta 6101 also contains a fluorescent tracer (PTSA) which enables quick, accurate and safe on site analysis, Accepta 6101 can also be dosed automatically using specific inline probes to ensure that the correct reserves are maintained at all times independent of system load and cycles of concentration.

Accepta 6101 should be dosed to cooling water systems in accordance with operating conditions and based on the stability index of the system water. PTSA fluorometers or Phosphonate test kits may be used for testing the active ingredients.
