Accepta 6030 is a high performance; highly concentrated solid chemical corrosion inhibitor scientifically formulated for the treatment and protection of closed loops and closed circuit water systems.

Accepta 6030 has been developed as a stand-alone treatment for corrosion inhibition in closed circuit water systems and uses the very latest corrosion inhibition technologies to provide a unique dual mechanism for the control of corrosion in both chilled water and hot water boiler systems.

Accepta 6030 contains nitrite, borax, acrylates, phosphino corrosion inhibitors, and copper metal inhibitors. Accepta 6030 is available in fully recyclable plastic bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid chemical.

Application & Dosage Information

Accepta 6030 can be used at a feed rate of 1kg per 500 litres of water capacity.

Testing & Control

Nitrite test kits suitable for monitoring and controlling the use of Accepta 6030 are available from Accepta.

Nitrite at 800 ppm as NO2, dosage rate provided above.

Nitrite: Chilled Loops 800ppm as NO2 (1000-1200 as NaNO2)

Hot Loops 800ppm as NO2 (1000 – 1200ppm as NaNO2).


Feed Accepta 6030 using an Accepta board system.
