Accepta 6022 is a high performance; highly concentrated solid chemical EPA registered oxidising biocide scientifically formulated for the treatment of potable water, cooling water systems and other water systems.
Accepta 6022 is an isocyanurate-stabilised, dry source of chlorine and is approved by the US EPA for use in controlling the growth of bacteria and algae in potable water, industrial re-circulating cooling water systems, air washers, evaporative condensers, cooling towers; and wastewater discharges.
Accepta 6022 is available in fully recyclable plastic bottles each containing 2.3kg of concentrated solid chemical.
Accepta 6022 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 2.3kg bottles.
Each case weighs 9.1kg.
Accepta 6022 contains Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate Dihydrate.
Use with Accepta 6019
Accepta 6022 is an activator for residual bromide from DBNPA degradation. When Accepta 6019 is used as a cooling tower microbiocide it decomposes to bromide ion. When supplemented with Accepta 6022, the bromide ion in the re-circulating water is activated to hypobromous acid, effectively introducing an excellent algaecide.
Both Accepta 6019 and Accepta 6022 are US EPA registered, thereby providing an excellent oxidising and non-oxidizing bio program.
Accepta 6022 can be used in a stand-alone capacity as a chlorine source.

Application & Dosage Information
For industrial re-circulating cooling water systems dosage rates forAccepta 6022 will be dependent on the conditions of the system prior to treatment. Systems that are heavily contaminated should be cleaned prior to product use.
Apply Accepta 6022 to maintain a free halogen residual in the re-circulating water.
It is always advisable to carry out a ‘Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health’ (COSHH) assessment before use.
